LONG-TERM TESTING US Automotive Laboratory needed for vendor supplier confirmation cleaning testing of parts used in pumps and turbines to ensure parts were cleaned according to industry standards and internal specifications.
ISO 16232 parties 1 & 10 Road vehicles- Cleanliness of fluid circuits, Cleaning of equipment for oxygen service, Cleaning equipment for oxygen service, Cleanliness of surfaces in air separation plants and components

I would like that you can ability and qualified to do this test in facilities in our customers or our customers can be send parts to you for a check.
Is necessary that you performed a report with results for us.

Our requirements is:

Class Hydrocarbons (HC) : oil, grease, cleaning agent Particles and fibers * :

Weight Particles and fibers * :

Size
S2 < 125 mg/m² < 50 mg/m² < 1 mm
S1 < 50 mg/m² < 50 mg/m² < 0,5 mm

The method to be used will be the ?solvent extraction? test. To assess the amount of particles, the ISO 16232 or equivalent standard shall be used.
