Chemical Plant New Large-Scale Electric Heater Tube Design Testing

LONG-TERM TESTING
Large Oil Company needs developing a new large-scale electric heater for a chemical plant fluid-solids unit heater tube design needs North American contract laboratory facility to work with for testing a mock-up of the heater tube design, likely with 1-3 tubes. We would need up to 1MW of 600V power for 6-9 months to conduct testing at various high temperatures, potentially also with a catalyst medium and inert tube purge gas / insulating medium.
No specific requirements at this time for test methods/standards. Lab would need to have either indoor or outdoor space for a 40ft tube. Circuit control ability to vary current output to the tube would be an asset but not necessarily required.
