Food Manufacturer in the process of procuring new aluminum food containers for our business needs Contract Laboratory for evaluation for compliance with Canadian and U.S. standards.
In brief, our use case is the following.
Direct food contact aluminum tray. Aluminum tray is not coatedFood is held in the aluminum tray for up to 10 days at refrigeration temperature (<5C)The product (aluminum tray+food) is reheated for 15 minutes on an induction plate. The bottom of the tray (empty) reaches a max temperature of 400C. Food is reheated to 40-95C core temperature.Appreciate it if you could advise us on what types of testing services you could provide to verify compliance with Canadian and U.S. standards. Which standards would you recommend, as well as cost and timeline.
