MULTIPLE SAMPLES & TESTING

We need impurity testing of our protein product to identify and quantify traces of Copper, Kanamycin, Acetonitrile, trifluoroacetate (TFA), and Dithiothreitol (DTT).

  • We would also like to evaluate the charge profile of this product by orthogonal techniques such as capillary electrophoresis and cation exchange.
  • Another parameter to analyze are aggregates that could be formed, also by orthogonal techniques such as HPLC-GF, AF4, ultracentrifugation, SV-Auc, DLS, DSC, ITC.
  • We would like to measure the protein concentration by the Kjeldahl method.

We would appreciate it if we could have the results before the end of the first quarter.
