Digital Twins for Magnetic Levitation Alternator & Pilot Testing
Project Description
MULTIPLE TESTS
USA Contract laboratory needed to develop digital twins for a Magnetic Levitation Alternator, conduct virtual simulations, and rapid prototyping for pilot tests. We wish to:
- initially develop a 5kW version and subsequently a 500kW.
- design with High-Temperature Superconducting magnets and incorporate Graphene into the coils and magnets.
- conduct laboratory tests, including low and high RPM output, thermal integrity, and torque.
- integrate the alternator into wind turbines for pilot tests.
