MULTIPLE TESTING
Animal in vivo research facility needed to measure intraocular pressure in conscious animals (rabbit or dog preferred) after topical application of aqueous formulations to the eyes. Intraocular pressure measured at -1, 1, 2, 4, 6, and 24 hr post-dosing. Iris/ciliary body, sclera, cornea, and periorbital skin to be surgically excised and frozen immediately postmortem.
