Contract laboratory (Germany-based preferred) needed for analyzing the following food raw materials and their parameters:
• Inositol: Purity (Assay, min. 97%)
• Sodium Bicarbonate: Purity (Assay, min. 99%), Water Content (Loss on drying, max. 0.25%), arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury
• Caramel Color: arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury, pesticides
• Magnesium Carbonate: purity (assay, 40–43.5%), calcium oxide (max . 0.6%), arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury
• Sugar (beet sugar): arsenic, lead, pesticides
• Citric acid: purity (assay, min. 99.5%), arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury, pesticides.
Please provide us with prompt feedback on which analyses can be carried out.
Especially with inositol, quick information would be very helpful.
