Please provide quote for Book of technical conditions for Fischer Assay instrument to determine the content of oil in oil shale samples - The instrument,s provided with:
1- Temperature Control Unit
2- Bath cooling to maintain a stable temperature at 0.0 degree Celsius The instrument consists of ;
1- (6) furnaces to heat in low degrees or to heat the retorts ( crucibles )
2- Control of Temperature
3- evaporated gases
4- retorts ; - must be made of aluminum and anti-rust stainless steel -
5-Control system with the latest digital technology types ;
6- It also includes a digital multi-channel data recorder
7- Data recorder for the actual temperatures
8- Output data is used to verify the compliance with fisher standard method
9- Chiller , pump , cooling Tank , chiller trays , glassware , glass condensers , rubber seals and plastic or rubber tubes for connection
10- Dual thermo sensors to ensure the thermal conductivity with retorts -
11- The instrument must be operated in factory and later in laboratory
12- must submit a one year warranty for maintenance
13- must submit a quotation for spare parts
14- must have a maintenance team able to perform the necessary maintenance during and after the warranty period
15- year of manufacturing must be 2010
16- must undertake to provide spare parts for a period of 10 years
17- must provide a PC to be adjusted with the instrument functions for driving and sending data .
