Apply rated 480 volts (+5 VAC, -5 VAC) primary voltage with provisions made to insure that the voltage is applied when the voltage wave is going through zero or minus a maximum of 15 degrees in the direction that adds to the residual flux in that phase. Oscillograms of the three primary line currents, three primary line voltages and three secondary line voltages shall be recorded. Duration shall be sufficient to record the full transient delay of inrush currents. The transformer inrush current is the RMS value of the highest pulse of current in any line based on the duration of the pulse. Record maximum inrush current and attach oscillograms and test report to the data sheet
