America Microbiology Laboratory needed for antibaterial testing of "Anti-bacteria & Anti-Fingerprint Coating Agent" for electronic devices to ISO 22196 Antimicrobial Activity of Plastics "Measurement of Antibacterial Activity on Plastics Surfaces "Anti-bacteria & Anti-Fingerprint Coating Agent" for electronic devices.
(we apply to window of smart phone, camera, tablet PC, E-book and so on.)
Thickness of Coating is very thin(10~20nm) and characterictics is hydrophobic surface. (Anti-Fingerprint, Anti-Fouling)
and added Anti-bacterial contents. (keep health from bacteria)
I have several questions about Anti-bacterial test
1. test spec (ex : ISO 22196)
2. process (How much takes a time to test, contract, method etc.)
2. Necessary documents
3. The number of samples needed to test (coating and non coating)
5. Can we get a certificate(or Atibacterial logo, label) about Antibacterial test?
4. Representatives's name, number, e-mail (possible person to contact directly)
California analytical chemistry laboratory needed for composition testing of photoresist spin-coat resin mixture, with component identity and concentration. Mixture components are already partially known, but we require exact identity. We also would like to determine viscosity and spin speed/thickness curve."
