Contract Laboratory has received the following Oil, Petroleum and Gasoline Laboratory Test Requests which need to be fulfilled! These Laboratory Test Requests are received from a variety of sources ranging from start-up companies to large, multinational Fortune 500 corporations, international organizations, well-respected universities and government agencies that are actively seeking Independent, Third-Party Oil, Petroleum and Gasoline Laboratories to perform their Oil, Petroleum and Gasoline Testing, Analysis, Assays, Product Development, Scientific Research Experiments, Inspections, Certifications, and Engineering Projects. If you are a Oil, Petroleum and Gasoline laboratory that would like more information on these Oil, Petroleum and Gasoline projects, please visit our registration page or call toll us free 1-855-377-6821.
MULTIPLE LABS NEEDED: Large Oil company needs midwest usa laboratories for unwashed gum test for gasoline. There will be multiple samples for each location.
Need labs in:
Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Kansas, Wyoming, South Dakota, Idaho, and Montana.
USA materials laboratory needed for Fluid compatibility testing of elastomeric gasket material against a specific grade of kerosene to Exxon Mobil Global Practice 06-05-01:?The Vendor shall either verify that the gasket and glue material are compatible with the specified fluids, including chemical cleaning fluids, or submit proof that verification was performed in the past. In either case, the verification shall be performed by the execution of the following two tests:a) An immersion test to measure gasket swelling, hardness, and susceptibility to chemical attack. The test shall be conducted at the design temperature, and a piece of the specified gasket shall be bonded by the specified adhesive to a piece of the specified plate. The minimum duration of this test shall be 15 days. The gasket hardness change shall not exceed 10 IRHD (International Rubber Hardness Degree), and the volume change shall not be more than 10 percent.b) A compression set test taken on a gasket section compressed to the operational dimension at the upper working temperature of the elastomers. The test shall be done over a 15-day period with compression set measurement taken over 10 cycles. The pass/fail compression is 2 percent. These requirements may be waived if Vendor has at least two years of successful operating experience involving the same gasket, the same adhesive, the same process fluids and conditions, and the same gasket supplier.?
Canada ISO bioanalytical laboratory needed forbioanalytical research study for Evaluation of the effect of crude oil contaminants as in-vitro endocrine disruptor and cell proliferation
This research will evaluates the potential endocrine disruptor activity of substances by measuring whether and to what extent a substance induces cell proliferation via estrogen receptor (ER), androgen receptor (AR) (PR) dependent pathways. This research is aimed at screening of test samples to quantify functional activities, either agonist or antagonist, that they may exert against the human androgen receptor and estrogen (ER?) estrogen (ER?).
We shall assay for the following:
1. Agonist dose-response of the AR Reporter Assay
2. Antagonist dose-response of the AR reporter Assay
3. Human ER? and ER? Agonist assays
4. Human ER? antagonist
5. Human ER? antagonist Assay
the statistical analysis shall be carried out as outline below.
Average relative light units (RLU) and corresponding standard deviation (SD) values will be determined for each model concentration (n ? 6). Signal-to-background (S/B) and Z? values will be calculated using Hill?s equation as described by Zhang, et al. (1999a). Non-linear regression and regression analysis, inhibitory concentration (IC50) as well as (Ki) and effective concentration (EC50) analysis will be performed using GraphPad Prism version 6 software. Low percentage coefficient of variation (% CV), high S/B and Z scores will confirm the robust performance of this Assay.
