California ASTM D5865 - 07a(modified) Materials Testing Laboratory needed for BTU Testing. HDR Engineering is working with a solid waste authority that is looking at new ways to manage solid waste. They are sending garbage through an autoclave then sorting the post-autoclaved material by size. The fines and mediums are primarily composed of food waste and cellulose. We are investigating ways to utilize the fines and mediums either by converting the material to ethanol, sending it though an anaerobic digestion system to create methane, gasifiying then creating electricity, or incinerating to create electricity. To help inform the decision about how to utilize the fines & mediums we would like to determine the BTU content of the materials using a calorific bomb test.
Canada Physical Engineering Laboratory needed for examination of some rebars that are left in site for 1.5 years corroded , we need Min 4 samples should be tested:
1.Measure cross section area, perimeter , weight per meter of bars
2. Tensile test to determine yielding and fuilure stresses of bars
Analytical Chemistry needed for to reverse engineering of a polyol resin blend (formula) that is used as the resin side to a 2 component polyurethane low density rigid foam. When mixed with liquid polymeric MDI, it forms a rigid foam. I have a quart liquid sample of the resin blend.I need to know what resins, surfactants, and catalysts are in the blend, and approximate concentrations.
Agriculture laboratory needed for Plant Analysis Testing, Soil Testing, Soil Fertility Testing, Plant Tissue Analysis Testing, Agriculture Genetic Engineering, Genetically Modified Seed Testing, Agronomy Testing, Seed Quality Testing , Chlorophyll Testing, RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNA) analysis Testing, Vigor Testing, GMO(Genetically Modified) Testing
Contract laboratory needed to perform engineering applications research to determine aqueous solubility of bis-2-chloroethyl ether (BCEE) as a function of temperature. Project will include developing work and safety plans; design and fabrication of apparatus; performing lab work; and writing report. Experimental procedure likely to include the following steps: establish 2-phase system consisting of water and BCEE; adjust system to desired temperature and equilibrate; collect samples of aqueous phase; analyze aqueous samples for BCEE concentration. Additional work may include determining concentration of BCEE in vapor phase at each selected water temperature. This work is for support of remedial action at a contaminated landfill site in NJ.
Preclinical GLP toxicology laboratory needed for testing biological burns and chronic would dressing dressing for healing and tissue regeneration characteristics as compared to those currently available.
2. We want to test a tissue engineering scaffold's ability to populate liver cells. "
FDA GMP laboratory needed for environmental monitoring testing as per recent USP <797> Guidelines for environmental particulate count monitoring, need assessment of current product line packaging
Guidelines Dynamic environment testing All identified products/packaging configurations will be tested in four pharmacy environments under routine conditions of use by a qualified pharmacist or technician. The four environments will be: Unclassified pharmacy staging area; ISO Class 8 anteroom; ISO Class 7 cleanroom and ISO Class 5 engineering control (laminar airflow workbench, biological safety cabinet or compounding aseptic isolator.
unknown protocol, however we need to determine the exact percentage of silicone in the mixture within 5% or less. Also would like to know the freshness of the sample provided within a reasonable time line if possible. The product is labeled as 60%. This is not of a legal inquest but of a Mfg. engineering issue within our printing process
GMP Compliant lab to perform the following: Full Monograph Testing (individual and total) for the following items:·,Magnesium Stearate·,Maltodextin·,Polyethylene Glycol·,Silicon Dioxide,·Stearic Acid·,Croscarmellose Sodium,,Dibasic Calcium Phosphate·,Lactose Monohydrate·, Specific Rotation for Ephedrine HCl·,Diphenhydramine HCl Organic Nitrogenous Bases for a pharmaceutical company
assess the androgenic activity, in a quantitative fashion, of a single steriod with the trivial name tetrahydrogestrinone(THG) in a pilot scale study. Either an aquatic organism model or rodent model would appear adequate to provide the information desired but other potential testing types will be considered such as in-vitro receptor binding studies. The study should compare the relative androgenicity of THG to a reference compound such as testosterone
