Bioanalytical Laboratory needed for Cellular Adherence R&D Study on 2D glass samples with 4 different types of nanotechnology surface coating on 3 different types of cells. . On each surface, we would like to test 1) cellular adherence to the surface, and 2) cellular proliferation rate. The cell types we want assessed are: 1) HeLa (epithelial) cells 2) BAE-1 (endothelial) cells 3) SH-SY5Y (neuroblast) cells
The 2D glass samples would have a thin surface coating of: 1) Nothing (plain glass control) 2) Proprietary 'adhesive' coating #1 (non-hazardous, non-toxic) 3) Proprietary coating #2 (non-hazardous, non-toxic) 4) Commercial Adhesive coating (control #2)
It is important that testing methods include: - microscopic imaging (i.e. provide us with images) of each cell type on each of the 4 surfaces outlined above at three dif
Accredited Toxicology Laboratory(OECD/GLP) needed for OECD 421 Skin absorption study We are interested in transfer characteristics of a quaternary ammonium compound (absorbed in/on a certain cellulosic fabric's fibers) from the fabric to user skin surface (thus complementary to, or may be along with, the attached study of transfer through the skin).
Packaging laboratory needed for various ASTM and ISTA testing of engineered parts packaging including 1) Free drop : Reference Specifications: ASTM D 5276 and ISTA 2A 2) Vibration : Reference Specifications: ASTM D 4728 and ISTA 2A 3) Shock : Free fall impact test 4) Compression : Reference Specifications: ASTM D 642 and ISTA 2A
Large cabling company needs a laboratory for fire resistance cable testing to BS 6387 Cat C W & Z.
1) Copper conductor, Mica tape, XLPE insulation, LSHF Bedding, Galvanized SWA and LSHF final Sheath.
3) Copper conductor, Mica tape, XLPE insulation, LSHF Bedding, AWA and LSHF final Sheath. This cables will be tested as per ( BS 6387 Cat C W & Z ).
Plastics / Materials Laboratory needed for ASTM physical testing of plastic crates from different suppliers including: Raw material tests as per ASTM D4976 + ASTM D5203, density, melt flow rate, elongation at break, tensile strength, UV resistance, stress crack resistant, impact test as per SASO-GSO 1863.
Large Custom Furniture Manufacturing Company needs laboratory for product durability testing for a Murphy Bed for 3FNE 99-583A compliance.Bed mechanisms shall be cycle tested by means of attaching a mechanical arm to the frame of the wall bed so that it continually lifts and lowers the bed from a use or horizontal position to stored or vertical position. During the course of testing, no maintenance, lubrication or alterations to the bed are permitted. Perform the cycle test by continually lifting and lowering the wall bed from the use/horizontal position to a stored/vertical position 10,000 times at a rate of 2 cycles per minute.
Microbiology laboratory needed for establishing a slf-sustaining microbiome including establish a ratio of microorganisms to populate a small (5cu/mm) biome that can sustain life for as long as possible. Ideally the biome can tolerate temperatures as low as 10c and as high as 40c. We have fine control over the amount and wavelengths of light that enter the biome.
Laboratory needed for National Electrical Manufacturers Association NEMA testing two LED modules to the 2005 NEMA TS 4, section 5, Display properties? Contrast Ratio Cone of Vision Luminance Intensity Chromaticity Limits. Everything but the Luminous Intensity Uniformity.
The LED modules are 16 pixels x 16 pixels. Each pixel is comprised of 3 LEDs (RGB). The modules are approximately 13x13x1.
Geophysical laboratory needed to make geophysical measurements on 1-5 soil cores, each comprised of multiple test samples. The desired measurements include Compressional (P) and shear (S) wave seismic velocity, Electrical conductivity/resistivity, Dielectric permittivity, Hydraulic conductivity/permeability, Matric bulk density, Soil water retention parameters (van Genuchten alpha, n, m)
Technology Laboratory needed for Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers SMPTE Testing to , SMPTE 425 and 2082. Specially with the jitter testing for SMPTE 425, and return loss and signal sensitivity for SMPTE 2082. Let me know if you want to have a conference call to review this request or if you can provide a quote.
West Coast Environmental Laboratory needed for analytical chemistry testing: ID testing for forms of calcium and phosphorus in sample. We are irrigating our golf courses with effluent, and the sample we propose to submit is a scale which builds up within the walls of our PVC piping system, eventually breaking off and clogging the irrigation heads. We had a ICP test run through A&L labs, which only identified total calcium and phos.
Consumer Products Laboratory needed for efficacy testing for copper(II)chloride solution product 'Native blue' algaecide or improve water strength against water born bacteria, algae & fungi to reduce chlorine consumption. Our product 'Native blue' use in swimming pool water for more than 5years.
USA Biomedical Sports Laboratory needed for Thermo Regulator effect Testing on Human and not minikin. the athlete should exercise wearing a thermo regulator shirt. and check the temperature of the chest before and after exercise and compare it to rest of the body not wearing the thermo regulator garment.
