Overview

Columbia Analytical Services, Inc. is a certified, full service chemical, biological and pharmaceutical analytical laboratory network. The network is comprised of laboratories in Arizona, California, Florida, New York, Texas and Washington. We take pride in our rigorous quality assurance program, state-of-the-art equipment, and tailoring our services to meet the individual needs of our clients. CAS recognizes that our continued success is based on our ability to satisfy client needs by providing high quality, cost-effective, and timely analytical data.

CAS maintains a variety of certifications and accreditations with federal and state agencies and regulatory programs, including NELAP. Current DOD laboratory programs include: ACOE, AFCEE and NFESC. Our redundant certifications, instrumentation and trained personnel allow us flexibility to tackle large projects.

Our expertise encompasses air, water, biological, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, solid and hazardous waste analyses. Some of our special capabilities include: ambient air analysis, indoor air pollution, low level sediment and tissue analysis, field laboratory services, ordnance analysis, and dioxin and dioxin-like compound analyses as well as cost-effective dioxin screening capabilities.

We provide complete services from project initiation to the final data deliverables. We offer a range of electronic deliverables (EDD) to our clients, currently supporting over 100 EDD formats.

Qualifications, Certifications, Accreditations & Licenses

CAS is ACOE, AFCEE, NFESC, and AIHA certified. We also hold multiple state certifications.

CAS maintains a comprehensive QA/QC Program at each of our laboratories. Each laboratory meets the requirements of various QA/QC programs under which that laboratory is certified.

CAS' comprehensive quality assurance and ethics programs ensure that the data produced by all CAS laboratories will be of known quality, scientifically sound, legally defensible and accurately documented.

Each of our laboratories meets the program requirements of NELAC for NELAP accreditation, various Department of Defense entities (Air Force, Navy, Army Corps of Engineers, etc.) as well as the different state programs and various client programs under which they are certified.
